How Should I Prepare for a Vacuum Therapy Appointment?

Here's what to do before your Colombian butt or wonder breast lift, or lymphatic drainage suction massage:
Eat and drink. If you have an empty stomach, you'll likely start to feel hungry and thirsty during the treatment!
Bring a bottle of water with you. You have to drink a lot afterwards.
Make sure you have clean skin (no creams, oils, etc.)
If you're having a butt enhancement, please wear high-cut undies or a thong.
Arrive on time.

Vacuum butt lift and breat lift treatments doesn’t hurt, but people often say vacuum therapy feels “weird” or mildly uncomfortable. You may experience a slight pinching sensation when the cups are put on and taken off.

Tip: Women's skin tends to be more sensitive just before their period. You might want to keep that in mind when booking.

Vacuum therapy is not for you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have had recent surgery, have a pacemaker or implants, take blood thinners, or have a medical condition such as diabetes, cancer, bleeding disorder, vascular disorder, high blood pressure, tumors or internal organ disorders.

Also, your appointment should be postponed if you are on your period, or if you have a sunburn, skin wound or recent injury.

In general, a good Colombian butt lift can take 6 to 8 sessions, while a Wonder Breast Lift takes 8 to 10 sessions, followed by occasional maintenance appointments.

But every body is different.
